Commitment to Safety

Commercial roofing presents inherent risks, and at Base Roofing, the safety of our team members is our highest priority.

As part of our comprehensive onboarding process, all employees are required to complete extensive safety training before accessing any jobsite. In addition, we hold weekly safety meetings that include ongoing instruction on key topics such as fall protection, equipment operation, first aid, housekeeping, hazard recognition, and material safety data compliance.  At Base Roofing, we also offer on site safety courses on a routine basis from outside safety consultants to stay on top of all safety precautions.

To further ensure our safety standards are consistently upheld, Base Roofing engages a third-party safety firm to conduct routine, unannounced inspections across all active jobsites. These evaluations provide objective documentation of our program’s effectiveness and reinforce our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
